Regular Clinic Hours
Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with the exception of holidays.
Providers are On-Call during after-hours for emergencies only. Providers do not work after hours for non-emergencies. Emergencies are those conditions that if not treated very soon could result in the loss of Life, Limb, Eye and/or Organ. Emergencies for Elders would be chest paid, shortness of breath or trouble breathing.

It is critical that community members have all non-emergent health concerns checked during regular clinic hours, please do not wait until late in the afternoon to call for an appointment.
Please Note: For your safety and ours, no emergency medical provider is allowed to respond to an unsafe situation which involves alcohol, drugs, weapons or violence.
When coming in for medicine pick-up or re-fills, make sure you bring all your medications with you.
Medication refills are done only during clinic hours and are not considered urgent.
This includes routine, daily medications prescribed by your doctor, antibiotics, or pain medication, Tylenol or Ibuprofen.
For after hour emergencies, please call 911. When the 911 dispatcher ask your location say City of McGrath.
